Hi! My name is Emma and I have always taken an interest in fitness, movement and good health. After any years of being a long distance runner and triathlete I qualified as a yoga Instructor and haven't looked back. I deeply enjoy helping people discover the power in their own bodies and the importance of looking after both our physical and mental health.
